Abstract
This Treasury decision removes regulations in 27 CFR Part 71, Statement of Procedural Rules, which are duplicated in 31 CFR Part 1, Disclosure of Records. It also transfers certain regulations from 27 CFR Part 71 to 27 CFR Part 70, resulting in the elimination of Part 71.
