## Abstract

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) is amending its regulations to incorporate a number of technical and conforming amendments. The amendments include a correction to the paragraph designations used in the transactions with affiliates regulation, removal or correction of erroneous cross-references, and an amendment to specify where securities filings are to be made.
