## Abstract

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (``FinCEN'') is amending the regulations implementing the Bank Secrecy Act to include casinos operated by or on behalf of Indian tribes within the definition of financial institution set forth in those regulations. The amendments extend the reporting and recordkeeping requirements and anti-money laundering safeguards of the Bank Secrecy Act to tribal casinos.
