Abstract
The Treasury Department is amending the reporting requirement set forth in the Iranian Transactions Regulations on foreign affiliates' oil-related transactions. The amended rule requires a U.S. person to file a transaction report as to each foreign affiliate that engaged in reportable transactions of $1,000,000 or more during the calendar quarter. Reports are to be filed within 60 days of the end of the quarter.
