Abstract
This final rule amends the offering circular for Series EE United States Savings Bonds to change the rate structure for Series EE United States Savings Bonds with issue dates of May 1, 1997, or thereafter. The purpose of these changes is to simplify the rate structure for Series EE United States Savings Bonds.
