Abstract
The Department of the Treasury published in the Federal Register of October 22, 1996 a document concerning the use of debit ACH for the purchase of Treasury bills, bonds and notes. Inadvertently a numbering error occurred which designated sections 370.1 through 370.4 as Subpart A, when only section 370.1 should have been so designated.
