This document sets forth interim amendments to the Customs Regulations establishing additional entry requirements applicable to shipments of softwood lumber from Canada. The interim amendments involve the collection of certain additional information for purposes of monitoring and enforcing an agreement between the Governments of the United States and Canada regarding trade in softwood lumber.
