## Abstract

The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury is issuing the Narcotics Trafficking Sanctions Regulations to implement the President's declaration of a national emergency and imposition of sanctions against significant foreign narcotics traffickers centered in Colombia.
