Abstract

The Treasury Department is adding to appendices A and B to 31 CFR chapter V the names of 62 entities which have been determined to act for or on behalf of, or to be owned or controlled by the Government of Sudan. In addition, the entries for two individuals previously designated as specially designated narcotics traffickers are being removed from appendices A and B. The entry for a vessel is also being removed from appendix C, as it is no longer considered to be property in which the Government of Cuba has an interest. Technical changes are also made to the notes to the appendices.
