Abstract
This Treasury decision establishes a viticultural area located in the western foothills of Stanislaus County, California, to be known as ``Diablo Grande'' under 27 CFR part 9. The viticultural area occupies over 45 square miles, or approximately 30,000 acres. This viticultural area is the result of a petition submitted by Dr. Vincent E. Petrucci, Sc.D., on behalf of the Diablo Grande Limited Partnership, the principal property owner within the viticultural area and developers of the Diablo Grande Resort Community.
