## Abstract

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (``FinCEN'') published in the Federal Register of January 13, 1998, a final rule amending the regulations implementing the statute generally referred to as the Bank Secrecy Act, to include certain gaming establishments, commonly called ``card clubs,'' ``card rooms,'' ``gaming clubs,'' or ``gaming rooms'' within the definition of financial institution subject to the Bank Secrecy Act. This document contains a correction to the preamble to the final rule.
