This document adopts as a final rule, without any changes, proposed amendments to the Customs Regulations to implement the duty preference provisions of the Andean Trade Preference Act (the Act). The final regulatory texts set forth the country of origin and related rules which apply for purposes of duty-free or reduced-duty treatment on imported goods under the Act and specify the documentary and other procedural requirements which apply to any claim for such preferential tariff treatment under the Act.
