## Abstract

Customs published in the Federal Register on July 31, 1998, a document amending the Customs Regulations to remove the requirement that an exporter of cargo is liable for the payment of the Harbor Maintenance Fee when cargo is loaded for export at a port subject to the Harbor Maintenance Fee. This document contains a correction to that document regarding the authority citation for the subject regulation.
