## Abstract

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is amending its disclosure regulation. Among other things, the amendment clarifies that Suspicious Activity Reports are non-public documents and that the OCC may make non-public OCC information available to a supervised entity and to other persons, as in the sole discretion of the Comptroller may be necessary or appropriate, without a request for records or testimony.
