The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (``FinCEN'') is amending the regulations implementing the statute generally referred to as the Bank Secrecy Act to include certain gaming establishments, commonly called ``card clubs,'' ``card rooms,'' ``gaming clubs,'' or ``gaming rooms'' within the definition of financial institution subject to those regulations.
