## Abstract

This rule revises regulatory text that identifies, by position title, senior Treasury officials authorized to originally or derivatively classify national security information under Executive Order 12958. These designations are now contained in Treasury Order 102-19, which is published in the Federal Register. This order will be updated as necessary to revise the designations of officials who have been delegated by the Secretary of the Treasury the authority to classify originally or derivatively national security information.
