The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is amending its disclosure regulation. Among other things, the amendment clarifies that the OCC may make non-public OCC information available to a supervised entity and to other persons, as the Comptroller, in his sole discretion, may deem necessary or appropriate, without a request for records or testimony.
