## Abstract

The Treasury Department is amending the Sudanese Sanctions Regulations, the Libyan Sanctions Regulations, and the Iranian Transactions Regulations to add statements of licensing policy with respect to commercial sales of agricultural commodities and products, medicine, and medical equipment. EFFECTIVE DATE: July 27, 1999.
