## Abstract

FinCEN is issuing this final rule to amend the procedures for publicly issuing an administrative ruling\1\ relating to the Bank Secrecy Act ("BSA"). Reliance on these administrative rulings is limited to persons who are similarly situated to the original recipient of an applicable administrative ruling. To disseminate its interpretations in a more timely and efficient manner, FinCEN will use its website to make these administrative rulings available to the public.\2\ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
