This final rule amends the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) regulations to implement provisions of Title XI of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 (the 2001 Act), that provide for enrollment, in the States of Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, of certain wetlands and buffer acreage on a pilot basis into the CRP under the Farmable Wetlands Pilot Program.
