Abstract
We are amending the Asian longhorned beetle regulations to include additional quarantined areas in Illinois and New York. As a result of this action, the interstate movement of regulated articles from those areas is restricted. This action is necessary on an emergency basis to prevent the artificial spread of the Asian longhorned beetle to noninfested areas of the United States.
