Abstract

This rule implements provisions of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 (the 2001 Act), related to the Wool and Mohair Market Loss Assistance Payment Program and the Apple Market Loss Assistance Payment Program. Other provisions of the 2001 Act will be implemented under separate rules.
