Abstract

This rule implements provisions of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 related to the Dairy and Cranberry Market Assistance Programs, the Honey Marketing Assistance Loan and LDP Program, the Sugar Program and payment limitations for marketing loan gains and loan deficiency payments. Other provisions of the Act will be implemented under separate rules.
