Abstract
We are amending the Hawaiian fruits and vegetables regulations to provide alternative treatments for rambutan, longan, and litchi moving interstate from Hawaii. This action will facilitate the interstate movement of rambutan, longan, and litchi from Hawaii while continuing to provide protection against the spread of injurious plant pests from Hawaii to other parts of the United States. We are also consolidating and updating the existing regulations governing the interstate movement of certain fruits from Hawaii in order to make the regulations easier to understand.
