Abstract

This final rule implements the Apple Market Loss Assistance Payment Program III under the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-171) (the 2002 Act). The program will provide direct payments to apple producers to provide relief due to the low prices received for their 2000 crop.
