The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) amends the regulations with respect to the Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program (NAP). This interim rule amends the NAP regulations to remove area requirements, announce new requirements regarding the filing of applications, payment of service fees, and reporting of crop acreage, yield, and production. These regulatory amendments are designed to improve the overall operation of the program and to conform the regulations with changes to the program made in recent legislation.
