Abstract

This final rule implements agricultural market assistance provisions of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2002, that relate to tobacco. This rule will mitigate the reduction in the tobacco quotas of the eligible producers.
