## Abstract

This rule implements provisions of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (the 2002 Act) by making changes to Agency regulations that govern provisions common to multiple programs, including acreage report requirements, farm constitution, and monitoring compliance with those provisions. Other provisions of the 2002 Act will be implemented under separate rules. The intent of this rule is to implement statutory requirements for reports of acreage and conform the regulations with changes in other Agency programs.
