Abstract
The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture acting through the Under Secretary, Rural Development, revises the regulations for the rural empowerment zone program to amend the definition of designation date to include the designation date for two rural empowerment zones authorized by the Community Renewal Tax Relief Act of 2000 (Round III).
