Abstract
This document adopts as a final rule order language contained in the final decision published in the Federal Register on April 9, 2004, concerning pooling provisions of the Pacific Northwest Federal milk order. More than the required number of producers in the Pacific Northwest marketing area approved the issuance of the final order amendments.
