Abstract
This document amends the Dairy Tariff-Rate Import Quota Licensing regulation to provide for applications to be submitted using the internet, while continuing to permit applicants to use the existing certified mail provision for applications. The requirement that applications be notarized is eliminated. Additionally, an incorrect section reference is corrected.
