## Abstract

This final rule establishes procedures the Department of Agriculture (USDA) will use in conducting the required referendum, as well as future referendums, for the Lamb Promotion, Research, and Information Order (Order) authorized under the Commodity Promotion, Research, and Information Act of 1996 (Act).
