Abstract

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) is amending the regulations that specify payment eligibility and payment limitation requirements for participants in CCC-funded programs. The amendments made in this rule address comments received on the interim rule and make minor technical corrections. This rule will apply to 2010 and subsequent crop, program, or fiscal year payments for participants in CCC-funded programs.
