Abstract
This rule revises the Foreign Market Development (FMD) program regulations to incorporate changes that conform the operation of the program to the requirements in the "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards" (Uniform Guidance) and Federal grant-making best practices.
