## Abstract

The Rural Housing Service (RHS or the Agency), a Rural Development agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), is issuing this document to waive two regulatory requirements for the Section 504 Direct Single Family Housing Loans and Grants (DSFHLG) pilot program.
