Abstract
CCC is issuing this final rule to amend its regulations to: (1) Delete the export experience requirement for qualification to participate in the Export Enhancement Program (EEP) and the Dairy Export Incentive Program (DEIP) and (2) establish the time at which new program participants would be eligible to receive bonus payments. These amendments are intended to provide the opportunity for a greater number of U.S. exporters to participate in the EEP and the DEIP. The final rule also amends several provisions of the regulations to make them clearer, easier to read, and more consistent with the regulations that apply to some of the other CCC export programs.
