Abstract
The Rural Housing and Community Development Service (RHCDS) amends its Guaranteed Rural Housing Loans regulation. This action is taken to address issues which arose during the implementation phase of the program. The intended effect of this action is to make the program more acceptable to lenders and the secondary market for mortgage loans, to remove RHCDS internal administrative procedures from the Federal Register, and to make minor adjustments and corrections as a result of the Agency's experience in implementing the program.
