Abstract
This rule revises the expenses and assessment rate previously established under Marketing Order No. 981 for the 1994-95 crop year. This rule reduces the budget of expenses and rate which almond handlers may be assessed for funding expenses by the Almond Board of California (Board) that are reasonable and necessary to administer the program.
