Abstract
The Rural Housing and Community Development Service (RHCDS) a successor Agency to the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA) for these programs hereby amends its Farm Labor Housing (LH) Loan and Grant regulations. This action needed to change the basic rules of the regulations concerning packaging costs. These changes are intended to initiate the use of loan and grant funds to defray the costs of packaging and/or developing applications by nonprofit groups or public bodies.
