Abstract
This interim final rule authorizes expenditures and establishes an assessment rate for the Texas Valley Citrus Committee (TVCC) under M.O. No. 906 for the 1995-96 fiscal year. Authorization of this budget enables the TVCC to incur expenses that are reasonable and necessary to administer this program. Funds to administer this program are derived from assessments on handlers.
