Abstract
This action terminates the Federal marketing order for Tokay grapes grown in San Joaquin County, California, and the rules and regulations issued thereunder. For Tokay grapes imported into the United States, this order terminates the applicable Tokay grape import regulation under section 8e of the amended Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937 (Act). The Secretary of Agriculture has determined that the marketing order no longer tends to effectuate the declared policy of the Act because continuance of the program is no longer supported by growers.
