Abstract
We are amending the list of suppressive areas under the witchweed quarantine and regulations by adding and removing areas in North Carolina and South Carolina. These changes affect 11 counties in North Carolina and 4 counties in South Carolina. These actions are necessary in order to impose certain restrictions and to relieve unneccessary restrictions on the interstate movement of regulated articles to help prevent the spread of witchweed.
