Abstract
This final rule amends the regulations to establish the acreage reduction percentage for the 1995 crop of rice at 5 percent and to establish the price support rate for the 1995 crop of rice. The price support rate is established by statutory formula. These actions are required by section 101B of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, (the 1949 Act). Public comment regarding the 1995 Rice Program provisions was requested in the Federal Register on September 13, 1994, (59 FR 46937).
