## Abstract

We are adopting as a final rule, without change, an interim rule that amended the list of generally infested areas under the gypsy moth quarantine and regulations by removing and adding areas in Ohio and Virginia. These changes affected 7 areas in Ohio and 5 areas in Virginia. These actions were necessary to restrict the interstate movement of regulated articles to prevent the artificial spread of gypsy moth and to delete unnecessary restrictions on the interstate movement of regulated articles.
