## Abstract

This final rule adopts, without change, the interim rule published in the Federal Register at 59 FR 34345 on July 5, 1994, with respect to the price support loan programs for grains and similarly handled commodities, including oilseeds (canola, mustard seed, rapeseed, safflower seed, soybeans, and sunflower seed).
