## Abstract

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) amends its regulations on Telecommunications Standards and Specifications for Materials, Equipment and Construction, by rescinding a number of outdated bulletins. These bulletins are incorporated by reference in RUS telecommunications regulations and thus are regulatory in nature.
