## Abstract

Pursuant to the Soybean Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act (Act), a poll will be conducted among eligible soybean producers to determine whether they support the conduct of a refund referendum on the continuance of the payment of refunds under the Soybean Promotion and Research Order (Order). This final rule establishes the procedures for conducting the required producer poll.
