Abstract
This interim final rule establishes an assessment rate of $0.16 per bushel of assessable avocados under Marketing Order No. 915 for the 1996-97 and subsequent fiscal periods. Authorization to assess avocado handlers enables the Avocado Administrative Committee (committee) to incur expenses that are reasonable and necessary to administer the program.
