## Abstract

This final rule removes obsolete regulations pertaining to the Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP). Under the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994, Public Law 103-354, WRP program authority was transferred to the Natural Resources Conservation Service. This action is being taken as part of the National Performance Review program to eliminate unnecessary regulations and improve those that remain in force.
