Abstract
The Rural Utilities Service hereby amends its regulations on the distance learning and telemedicine grant program that provides grants for distance learning and telemedicine projects benefiting rural areas. The regulation revises RUS's method in which applications will be reviewed by RUS and scored. This final rule will make it easier for rural community facilities to apply for a grant.
